About me

Hello, I am Pompi. I have been working as a psychological therapist since 2005.
As a trained and accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, I tend to use CBT a lot in my work. I am also trained in EMDR and use it when there is evidence that it might be more beneficial. My practice is based on scientific evidence I do refer to the NICE guidelines and recent research to guide my practice.
