About me

I was a Senior Primary Care Counsellor and EMDR Practitioner within the NHS. Qualifications include an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy, BA (Hons) in Humanistic Counselling. Certificate in Interpersonal Psychotherapy, MBACP (Accred) Counsellor/Psychotherapist. Europe Accredited EMDR Practitioner. Further training in trauma-focused CBT.

Areas of interest

I work with adults aged 18 and above.
Time-limited or open-ended therapy, face-to-face or via Zoom, for a wide range of presenting issues.
Special interest and training in trauma and domestic abuse.
