About me

I was a Senior Primary Care Counsellor and EMDR Practitioner within the NHS. Trained in Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Therapy, BA (Hons) Humanistic Counselling. Certificate in Interpersonal Psychotherapy, MBACP (Accred) Counsellor/Psychotherapist. Europe Accredited EMDR Practitioner. Further training in trauma-focused CBT.

Areas of interest

I work with adults aged 18 and above.
Time-limited or open-ended therapy, face-to-face or via Zoom, for a wide range of presenting issues.
Special interest and training in trauma and domestic abuse.
