About me
I am UKCP registered, experienced psychotherapist and clinical supervisor. I have extensive experience of working with depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, work related issues, difficulties stemming from childhood, trauma, self-esteem and confidence issues, bereavement, cultural struggles and family dynamics. I have a particular interest in helping client's who have been struggling with a loss of identity and/ or meaning in life.
