About me

I'm a UKCP registered integrative psychotherapist and counsellor based in Northampton and online, working with adults facing a wide range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, relationship problems, identity issues, and life transitions. These are some of the areas I work with most often, alongside a broad range of other difficulties.

I pay close attention to what's going on beneath the surface of what you bring to a session, and I'll be direct with you about what I notice, alongside offering warmth and support.

I have particular experience working with identity and meaning, including cross-cultural identity and belonging, and with clients going through life transitions or questions of purpose.

I have an MA in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling, and am a qualified clinical supervisor. I've been practising since 2006 and established my private practice in 2017.
