About me

I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years' experience of working with a range of psychological issues in the NHS and private practice. I am passionate about using psychological therapy to improve people's lives.

I use an evidence based and person-centered approach to clinical assessment and intervention and I tailor the therapeutic approach dependent on your presenting problems, goals, and preferences. I provide effective and compassionate therapy in a safe, confidential online space.

I completed my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at The University of Surrey, I hold an MSc in Forensic Psychology and a BSc in Psychology.

I am also an accredited Schema Therapist and ACT therapist (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy).

I am registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (reg.: PYL03249) and am an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society.

In therapy sessions, we will work together to solve current or longstanding problems. I will guide you every step of the way, helping you to develop an understanding of the issues that may be holding you back. I will help you develop self-awareness, enhance your inner strength, re-frame your reactions and provide you with valuable tools to cope with life's obstacles, all within a safe and compassionate space.

Working solely online, I provide therapy nationally in a way that is easily accessible.
Online therapy offers the opportunity to access therapy from your own home at a time to suit you. Zoom is fully encrypted and allows me to share handouts and diagrams on screen.

I offer a free initial 15-minute consultation via phone or Zoom. Finding the right psychologist is important, therefore this consultation will provide the space to have a conversation about the issues you are experiencing and how therapy can help.

My clinics are held on Monday and Tuesday.

Areas of interest

As a Chartered Clinical Psychologist, I am trained in, and have extensive experience of, a variety of psychological therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT); Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT); and Schema Therapy. I use an integrative approach, ensuring that the methods used best suit your issue and therapy goals.

I work with adult clients, who are experiencing difficulties with low mood and depression; difficulties managing anxiety, stress and burn out; difficulties managing emotions, including anger; recurring self-destructive behavior; difficulties forming relationships or recurring problems in relationships; self-esteem issues; personality disorders.
