About me

I am an integrative therapist with particular experience in trauma recovery, anxiety and depression and working with couples. I use a range of therapeutic approaches including EMDR, Polyvagal informed therapy, Hypnotherapy, Internal Family Systems and Acceptance and Committment Therapy. I am able to provide a flexible approach to issues clients bring and often agree a blend of different approaches to suit specific needs to help support clients getting the best therapeutic experience.
