About me

I have been a Consultant Surgeon for over ten years and specialise in Oncoplastic Breast Surgery.

I am the Clinical director of the breast services (Breast surgery, screening and radiology) for Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust.

I have been successful in delivering high quality comprehensive breast care services to people in and around Southend. This includes both outpatient services as well as operating services in Southend independently and supporting the plastic surgery unit in Broomfield for patients requiring reconstructive breast surgeries.

I have performed over 1,500 breast cancer surgeries that includes wide local excision of breast cancer, axillary nodal biopsy and clearances, simple and skin sparing mastectomy with and without immediate implant reconstruction and benign breast surgeries.

In addition, I am a General Surgeon performing laparoscopic gallbladder surgeries, repair of all types of hernia (inguinal, femoral, umbilical/ para umbilical, ventral, epigastric and incisional) and excision of all skin and subcutaneous lumps (cysts and lipomas)
