About me

Dr Stephanie is a highly experienced, creative and compassionate Senior Clinical Psychologist.
Experience of working with a wide range of clients and settings over the last 18 years as a qualified professional.
Previously Head of Psychology in a local NHS Trust and Consultant Clinical Psychologist in both acute and mental health NHS Trusts.
Stephanie works at our practice 3 days a week seeing adults on an individual basis.
Offers a reflective space which will help you learn, grow and move towards your goals even in difficult circumstances.
Utilises an integrative approach informed by post-qualification training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Compassion-focussed Therapy and Psychodynamic therapy, informed by Attachment Theory. Trained in ADHD assessments for both children and adults.
Interested in using creative approaches such as therapeutic writing.
Has a particular interest in burnout, work and family-based issues and working with people who feel they have lost their way or sense of self.
Completed 8 years of full-time Psychology training, including BSc, MSc and Doctorate in Clinical Psychology
A registered member of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
