Introduction

Mr Pranab Sinha is a passionate Consultant Hip and Knee Surgeon based in London that focuses exclusively on treating Hip, Knee and Sports Knee injury related conditions. He prides himself in using his own research and the latest evidences in delivering bespoke treatments with high quality outcomes, whether it be a high functioning young patient or those with advanced arthritis.

Training

Mr Pranab Sinha, graduated from Guy's, King's and St Thomas' Medical School, London in 2009 and trained under numerous Eminent Orthopaedic Surgeons in England and internationally.

He is Dual Fellowship trained, undertaking the 'Complex Trauma fellowship' at King's College Hospital, London and the 'Hip and Knee replacements (including Computer-Assisted and Robotic Joint Replacement Surgery) / Sports Knee Injury Surgery Fellowship' with the renowned Professor S. MacDessi in Sydney.

Research and Teaching

Mr Pranab Sinha has authored over 16 scientific paper publications, has written book chapters in the book entitled 'The Hip Joint' and has presented in numerous International/National Orthopaedic forums.

He was awarded a distinction in his MSc Thesis looking into Knee Replacements and recognised nationally as an Associate Principal Investigator at King's College Hospital.

He regularly supervises trainee surgeons and examines for the FRCS courses and receives fantastic feedback.

Mr Pranab Sinha offers personalised Hip and Knee replacements, ACL reconstructions, Key hole Knee Surgeries (repairing/removing meniscus), Knee cap (patellar) surgery and Joint preservation surgery. He firmly believes in enhanced recovery after surgery and tried and tested rehab (exercise protocols) to achieve the best outcomes. He consistently gets excellent Patient Feedback.


Personal note
