About me

As an HCPC registered Counselling Psychologist, with over 10 years experience, I have worked with people who experience a range of psychological difficulties including, but not limited to, eating disorders, low self-esteem, low mood, anxiety and trauma related difficulties as well as supporting women through perimenopause and menopause. I aim to follow a neuro-affirming, collaborative approach, providing a safe, non-judgemental space where you can explore the difficulties you have been experiencing, and together, develop a way forward, focusing on what is important to you.
My primary therapeutic approach is Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) and I am a UK and Europe EMDR accredited therapist. In addition, I have extensive training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Person Centred Therapy (PCT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Areas of interest

I have a special interest in women's health, primarily working with women during perimenopause and menopause and as such have completed extensive training in this area including menopause-informed CBT.
