About me

Miss Anouk Borg is a highly accomplished, consultant neurosurgeon with over 15 years of experience practising in London. She treats a wide range of neurosurgical conditions and possesses expertise in endoscopic pituitary surgery, surgery for meningiomas, brain metastasis, cavernoma and facial pain, alongside gamma knife, radiosurgery,
and other skull base tumours.

Miss Borg undertook neurosurgical training in London with experience in the full spectrum of cranial and spinal neurosurgery. She also obtained subspeciality training at the John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford where she completed post CCT fellowships in endoscopic pituitary surgery, skull base and vascular neurosurgery.

Miss Borg successfully completed an MDRes in clinical neuroscience from the prestigious University College London (UCL) where she led a randomised control trial on the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis.

She is passionate about patient safety and optimising patient pathways to improve quality of care. She was a quality improvement fellow 2016/2017 with UCLPartners.

Areas of interest

My subspecialties include surgery for meningiomas and skull base tumours, endoscopic surgery for pituitary tumours and other skull base pathologies.
