About me
Hi, I'm Hanna. I am an experienced, accredited counsellor providing face to face and online therapy in Bromley. I am bilingual so I can provide therapy in Polish as well.
I help adults, teenagers and young people with a variety of challenges, including:
anxiety and social anxiety, depression, exam and school stress, work related burnout, low self-esteem, relationship and family difficulties, pregnancy and maternity related emotional issues, parenting challenges, loss and grief, various degrees of trauma including PTSD, life decisions, minority experience, self-harm and OCD.
