I'm Sally I'm a qualified Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Life Coach.
I have over 6 years experience as a therapist supporting both adults, couples and businesses.
As a therapist I have gained a lot of experience working with various mental health conditions such as generalised anxiety disorder, panic attacks, stress, depression, low self-esteem, abuse, trauma, suicidal ideation and identity issues and more. I understand that one size does not fit all, we all see and experience things differently and so I use a variety of therapy styles and tools to help you to become the best possible version of yourself.
