BACP & NCPS Accredited with 20 years post-qualification experience, I offer face-to-face, online & hybrid Client-led Counselling/Psychotherapy sessions tailored to suit your needs.

My working style as a therapist is facilitative. I work collaboratively with all my clients to ensure you always have autonomy & choice in deciding the pace, content & depth of our work together.
