About me

As a qualified and experienced children�s counsellor, I can help your child begin to feel better, develop resilience and boost self-esteem.

I have worked in primary and secondary schools in the state and independent sector as well as in a boarding school and a special school for social, emotional and mental health needs. I can help with anxiety, stress, low mood, bullying, bereavement, family and relationship issues, friendship problems, ASD, trauma, abuse, domestic violence, loss, addictions, self-harm, disordered eating, and anxiety based school avoidance.

I offer a variety of approaches including person-centred counselling, CBT and solution focused techniques.
