About me

I am Clinical Psychologist with thirteen years' experience of working in mental health. I specialise in adult mental health. Alongside private practice, I work in the NHS as a Principal Clinical Psychologist in an adult mental health service.
I am registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the Health Care and Professionals Council (HCPC). I am an accredited member of both the British Association of Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapy (BABCP) and the EMDR Association UK & Ireland. This means that I have relevant qualifications and meet a set of professional standards by these governing bodies.
I have extensive experience of working with people with a range of mental health difficulties, including anxiety, depression, phobias, trauma, relationship difficulties and loss. I have a particular interest working with clients with relationship difficulties, self-esteem difficulties and traumatic life experiences.
