About me

I'm Neil Morris, a licensed psychotherapist and counsellor based in Central London. The aim of my practice is to help my clients overcome challenging life experiences. My background in psychodynamic psychotherapy means that I'm trained to explore how your feelings and memories are affecting you, helping you to have a more fulfilling and enjoyable life.

Therapy can help you with your emotional and relationship problems. It might not be easy to talk about yourself with someone you have just met. You may be worried about what I am thinking, but my job is to help you resolve any upsetting, or embarrassing, thoughts and feelings. This will be done in a non-judgemental way. You will be provided with a safe place to talk openly about how you are feeling and help you understand what might be causing your difficulties.
