About me

Available for sessions during August.

I am an experienced psychotherapist and counsellor providing confidential psychotherapy and counselling for adults in Central London and online across the UK. I work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, addiction, trauma and other emotional challenges that can affect everyday life.
Many people seek therapy because they feel overwhelmed, stuck or are repeating patterns they no longer understand. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, low mood, work-related stress, bereavement, relationship problems, compulsive behaviours or a major life change, therapy offers a safe and supportive space to explore what is happening and develop lasting emotional resilience.
My approach is psychodynamic, which means we work together to understand how past experiences, relationships and unconscious patterns may be influencing your thoughts, emotions and behaviours today. Rather than simply focusing on symptoms, psychodynamic psychotherapy aims to help create meaningful and lasting change by addressing the underlying causes of emotional distress.
Alongside long-term psychotherapy, I also offer shorter-term counselling where appropriate. Every person is different, so I tailor my approach to your individual needs, goals and circumstances. I work with adults from a wide range of personal, cultural and professional backgrounds and strive to provide a warm, respectful and non-judgemental environment where you can speak openly.
I have extensive experience supporting clients with anxiety disorders, depression, panic attacks, health anxiety, work-related stress, burnout, relationship difficulties, family conflict, grief and loss, low confidence, identity issues, addiction, compulsive sexual behaviours, gambling addiction, pornography addiction and substance misuse. I also work with people seeking personal growth, greater self-awareness and healthier relationships.
I hold professional accreditation with leading psychotherapy organisations (BACP and UKCP) and am committed to maintaining the highest standards of ethical practice and continuing professional development. My work is grounded in empathy, curiosity and collaboration, helping clients develop a deeper understanding of themselves and build more fulfilling lives.
Choosing the right therapist is an important decision. I offer an initial consultation to explore your concerns, answer any questions you may have and consider whether working together feels like the right fit. Whether you are seeking support for a specific difficulty or looking to understand longstanding emotional patterns, I aim to provide a thoughtful, confidential and supportive therapeutic relationship that helps you move towards lasting psychological wellbeing.
