About me

I am passionate about Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and have been practising it with adult clients of all ages for over 10 years within the NHS. My aim is to help people live the best way they can with themselves and others in the here-and-now of their lives. To this end, I consider the influence of early life events in current difficulties. My clinical experience spans most clinical settings and CBT related levels of psychological challenges. These include living with long-term physical health conditions and neurodivergence. I also hold a clinically related leadership post within the NHS.
