About me

As a seasoned mental health professional, my journey began as a Registered Mental Health Nurse, where I immersed myself in the complexities of general psychiatry and later on, specialising in supporting adolescents and adults with eating disorders. .

My early experiences laid the groundwork for my passion for supporting people through difficult times and went on to become a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist.

Currently, I am privileged to operate within the realm of private practice, where I extend tailored support to those grappling with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and various other challenges.

With a compassionate approach rooted in evidence-based techniques, I walk alongside my clients on their journey to reclaiming inner peace and fostering holistic well-being.
