I am an online therapist and counsellor.
I work with PC video or phone sessions only.
My approach is to use Person Centred therapy where we work through what is happening for you and why it affects you the way it does and use Solution Focused Therapy to focus on the future you want and the daily tasks and steps that will take you there.
