About me

I am a Clinical Psychologist, registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. I have worked for ten years in NHS Clinical Practice. I have most recently worked with people who are living with complex long-term physical health conditions. I also have a background in working with people who have experienced difficult early life relationships; which affect their relationships with others and themselves in the here and now.

I offer individual talking therapy for a range of common mental health problems, using the Cognitive Behavioural Therapy model. I also work integratively and can offer open psychotherapy if this is better suited to your needs.

I support people with a range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships difficulties, loss, and making sense of significant life changes.

Ultimately, I want to help you find a way forwards from a place of feeling stuck. I think this is a position we have all found ourselves in at times, and we might feel we need a talking space with someone who is new to our story, to help us look at things in a different way.
