About me

I am a qualified Clinical Psychologist & Clinical Neuropsychologist with over ten years of experience in the assessment and treatment of the (neuro) psychological needs of individuals with neurological and long-term health conditions.
I currently hold a senior position in an NHS Outpatient Neuropsychology service alongside my private work.
I am on the Specialist Register of Clinical Neuropsychologists and HCPC registered.

I am experienced in:
- Working with common psychological consequences of living with long-term health conditions and change to life circumstances including depression, anxiety, stress, loss and adjustment difficulties
- Supporting self-management of symptoms of health conditions
- Cognitive rehabilitation
- Neuropsychological assessment

I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-focused Therapy (CFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Behavioural Therapy and neurorehabilitation models.
