About me

I am a Person-Centred Counsellor Psychotherapist offering therapy for a wide range of presenting issues. I work within an integrative approach, holding a Counselling Diploma Level 4 and bringing over 20 years of experience in counselling psychotherapy. As an Accredited member of the BACP (Membership 386354) and an accredited member of the National Counselling Society, I am committed to working in accordance with their ethical frameworks.

I am committed to providing a safe, warm, inclusive and affirming space for all clients and communities and dedicated to empowering individuals, to unlock their potential, build confidence and live authentically.

A great deal of my work focuses on anxiety, depression, feelings of sadness, low mood, overwhelm, fear and shame, trauma, relationship difficulties, including narcissistic abuse and struggles relating to low self-esteem, lack of confidence, and self-worth. I also support clients through life transitions, including LGBGTQ and health issues, including chronic pain, cancer and navigating menopause.
I have extensive experience working with issues relating to loss, bereavement, pregnancy loss, and with adopted adults wishing to explore their adoption.
