About me

I offer a safe and confidential space within which we might explore what is happening in any area of a person's life, how to bring meaning to a situation or to find ways to go forward.

My approach is to work with each person�s unique lived experience and own way of making meaning about their life. I work in a collaborative and co-creative way that is respectful of each person�s autonomy and wisdom to know or discover what they need. It is not my role to diagnose or pathologise a person�s experience. Rather it is to to accompany the people I work alongside, with a focus on how the person experiences themselves and others.
