About me

Wherever you find yourself in life, whatever problems you face, I am here to help.

As an existential psychotherapist, counsellor and mindfulness coach, I help you make more sense of your emotions and your reactions to them.

Together we gently explore how you see the world and your place in it. We uncover the unconscious patterns that hold you back so you can make more conscious choices for yourself.

My practice is deeply rooted in the principles of Mindfulness and present moment awareness. I am passionate about helping you cultivate self-awareness, resilience and inner peace.

I can help you with:
Confidence and self-esteem
Anger management
Conflict avoidance
People-pleasing tendencies
and more

I specialise in:
Helping you become more comfortable with the uncomfortable

I have over 10 years experience as a counsellor and nearly 30 years experience in mindfulness practice. With a compassionate, non-judgmental approach, I provide a safe and supportive space for you to explore your inner world, process emotions, and develop practical tools for personal growth.

Mindfulness is at the heart of my practice. I believe that by nurturing present-moment awareness and cultivating a non-reactive, compassionate mindset, you can find greater clarity, balance, and purpose in your life. Through mindfulness-based techniques, I guide you in developing skills to navigate challenges, manage stress, and enhance overall well-being.
