About me

I am Sara, a warm, compassionate and experienced Clinical Psychologist.

I offer therapeutic support to children and their families, couples and adults individually for a range of difficulties including anxiety, depression and family issues. I also specialise in supporting parents perinatally - from pregnancy through the transition to parenthood and the early years.

I am passionate about helping people live the best version of their life. I believe in identifying strengths and resources within individuals, families and wider systems and using these resources to help find ways forward in dealing with emotional distress and difficulties they are facing.

I offer therapy in West Hampstead and online.
