About me
I am a HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist with a Doctorate (DClin Psych) from the University of East London (UEL) and 15 years of clinical experience. I have specialised in psychiatric liaison, health psychology, diabetes whilst working in hospitals and outpatient clinics and I have specialised in autism, ADHD and learning disability in children, adolescents and adults. I have also published research and designed worked with multiple London Universities as a clinical specialist and lecturer.
I often work with clients who are struggling to feel seen and heard in their home life, work environment and relationships. So I invite my clients to bring their whole self and join them wherever they might find themselves in their journey to better mental well-being.
I work collaboratively with clients to create a compassionate therapy plan that starts with their needs and wishes. Depending on their preferences we then start to identify what might be causing their distress and how to overcome these. We may also explore practical strategies if that helps or slow things down and focus on personal growth.
