I am an accredited member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). I have worked in therapeutic settings including a charitable counselling service, clients referred through Macmillan and for MIND.
I now offer therapy to adults in a private setting from venues in Formby and Ainsdale. I also offer therapy remotely via online video consultations and telephone counselling.
Perhaps you are struggling with anxiety, panic, anger, resentment, stress or fear. You might feel hopeless, very low or sad. It could be that the effort to keep things going has become increasingly difficult. You might be grieving the loss of a significant relationship, an important role or for hopes for your life. You might be confused or searching for new meaning in life.
I will listen in a confidential space to all you share about your current life situation. We will explore things that may be painful and the effect that it's having on your health and relationships.
Gaining insight into how your life experiences impact your adult self and relationships is an important foundation before considering how to make change or to move forward. We can explore possibilities that will lead to a more fulfilling and empowered life, emotional well-being and improved relationships.
