Hi, I'm Estelle -

I'm a professionally accredited counsellor with the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) and have extensive experience supporting adults, teenagers, and young adults through life's challenges.

My specialisms include anxiety, low self-esteem, stress, and burnout, as well as relationship difficulties OCD and grief. With over 15 years of experience working with young people, I'm also an Accredited Children & Young People's Therapist.
