About me

I have more than 20 years of experience in delivering Coaching and Psychotherapy support to families, groups and individuals experiencing challenges posed by anxiety, depression, and trauma. I have worked in educational settings, within child sexual exploitation teams, with marginalised groups and charity organisations.


I have incorporated Person Centered Counselling, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Hypnotherapy, Transactional Analysis, Solution Focused Therapy, Guided Imagery and Life Coaching into my practice.

I work with clients via telephone or Video link.
