About me

I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist, registered with The Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), and accredited by the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) as a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist.

My therapeutic work via Bupa is currently with adults (18+) with no upper age limit. I can support people with wide range of mental health difficulties.

I work both face-to-face via a clinic and online, and can offer a format flexible to your needs.
