About me

Hello there! I'm Jack Williamson, a compassionate and dedicated individual, group, and couples therapist, specializing in individual well-being and fostering healthy relationships with oneself and others.

I am here to help you excavate the past (be that through a psychodynamic or EMDR approach) to under how your past impacts your present, to enable you to build a better future.

I have worked with everyone from CEO's and public figures, through to everyday individual's going through difficult periods of transition.

I believe in the power of a supportive, authentic, therapeutic relationship. In my practice, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, thoughts, and experiences freely.

Areas I specialize in include anxiety (performance, uncertainty, dread), depression (apathy, despair, hopelessness), self-esteem issues (worth, image, confidence), identity (overidentification, career crisis, aftermath of a life event), trauma (bereavement, illness, abuse), and life issues (in whatever form that may take). Additionally, I have experience working on relationship issues, communication breakdowns, and intimacy issues.
