About me

Hello my name is Ian. I am a qualified and accredited Counsellor who can offer you a calm space, along with the time and understanding to help you reconnect with yourself, help you understand what you are dealing with and find a way forward. Working together we can help you process your emotions, process what is holding you back or king you feel stuck and begin the healing process.

Areas of interest

I work with people from 13 to 80+; I am an integrative counsellor and use Transactional Analysis; Gestalt; psychodynamic approaches to my work with you. We can tailor our work together to your specific requirements. I work with grief; depression; anger; anxiety; ocd; and many other reasons people come to counselling for. We will work at your pace and work together to help you understand, process and improve your situation.
