Chartered Consultant Clinical Psychologist & Executive Coach
Dr Sayer has worked as a Psychologist in NHS and corporate settings for eighteen years. She specialises in using therapies that are efficient, have research to evidence that they work and that are targeted at well-being and building resilience. The common difficulties that you may want to resolve together include stress, relationship problems, perfectionism, unhelpful habits, anxieties and low mood.
Dr Sayer is qualified to use a number of different therapies, but has found that Cognitive Analytic Therapy, in particular, is an excellent tool for building self-knowledge and for making key shifts in relationships with other people and ourselves. She sees it as an individualised, confidential, professional collaboration to work out why you do what you do, and how to change it.
Alongside bespoke therapy, Dr Sayer is dual trained as an Executive Coach, so specialises in supporting those working in legal, medical and business sectors to thrive.
Dr Sayer also provides supervision and training for other clinicians and corporate clients, focuses on clinical leadership and service planning, publishes research articles in peer reviewed journals and enjoys ensuring that her knowledge is evidence based through continuous learning.
Dr Sayer's clients always feed back that she is open-hearted and comforting, whilst providing the framework and action for real insight and change. Sessions with her are engaging, enjoyable and effective. Connect with her at enquiries@versionyou.co.uk to see what can be achieved together.
