About me

Dr Lord is a leading consultant in sexual and reproductive health (also known as genitourinary medicine -GUM). She has been an NHS consultant at Oxfordshire Sexual Health Services for over five years and is the current clinical lead.

She has professional qualifications and expertise in sexual health, HIV prevention and treatment, and contraception.

She has a specialist interest in chronic genital problems, including genital skin problems, problematic genital discharge and genital pain.

Areas of interest

Male genital problems, e.g. foreskin issues, persistent urethral discharge or pain;

Female genital problems, e.g. chronic vaginal discharge, recurrent thrush or bacterial vaginosis;

Vulval pain syndrome (vulvodynia and vaginismus);
