About me

Hello and welcome.

I offer a warm, thoughtful and collaborative space where we can explore what has brought you to therapy and what you would like to change or understand more deeply. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties and challenges around identity, confidence and life transitions.

I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist, UKCP Integrative Psychotherapist and accredited EMDR therapist. My approach is trauma-informed and integrative, drawing on a range of evidence-based methods depending on your needs, including EMDR, body-mind approaches and practical psychological tools.

I also specialise in trauma therapy and EMDR, and I have additional training in attachment-informed EMDR. This is an approach that considers how early relationships shape the way we feel in ourselves, such as our sense of safety, how we relate to others, and the patterns we carry into adult life. This allows therapy to process difficult experiences while also supporting greater emotional stability and self-understanding.

At the heart of my work is a supportive therapeutic relationship. I aim to create a space that feels safe, respectful and grounded, where difficult experiences can be explored at a pace that feels right for you.

I offer weekday therapy online via Zoom and in person in Croydon/South London. Do get in touch if you would like to arrange an appointment.
