About me

Are you feeling overwhelmed? Struggling with your thoughts and feelings? I understand , as there are times in life when we all feel out of control, anxious, burdened by our experiences.

I offer a respectful, confidential space, listening to you without bias, helping you find answers, without judgemental, through respect and compassion. This helps you to gain a new perspective or work though your challenges, unravelling your thoughts & feelings.

I understand that finding the right counsellor can be difficult and believe the relationship we develop builds trust and safety so that we can explore and understand your challenges. We are all unique and working as an integrative therapist I tailor each session to suit you and your needs, my job is to help unravel the sometimes confusing thoughts and feelings you've been keeping bottled up.

I have a diploma in therapeutic counselling, an MA in counselling and Psychotherapy, as well as a previous BA Hons and I am currently� a PhD research student. In addition to this, I have an ACTO accredited qualification to offer online and telephone counselling and a NCS certificate in Couples Counselling, a certificate in counselling neurodivergent clients, and I am an accredited Member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy and abide by their ethical framework.
