About me

I'm Valeria Sterzi, a Clinical and Counselling Psychologist dedicated to providing evidence-based interventions for a wide range of difficulties. I have extensive experience working within the NHS, private clinics, public services, and mental health charities. My background includes working in primary and secondary care, where I provide psychological assessments and treatments for both adults and adolescents.
I believe therapy is a unique and liberating process that helps people on their path to self-acceptance and positive change. Life can be complex, with many ups and downs that challenge our personal worth, hope, and expectations. I work with clients to help them understand their life situations and develop the skills to overcome challenges, leading to a more fulfilling, healthier, and happier life. I offer sessions in Italian, English, and Spanish. I also speak Portuguese (Brazilian) and German, allowing me to support a diverse range of clients.
