About me
I am a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist accredited by the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).
I offer one-to-one Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for depression, anxiety, stress, and anger. I also offer CBT for these emotional challenges associated with long-term physical health conditions.
Face-to-face sessions are available in Twickenham, and I am also able to provide telephone and video sessions, whichever you prefer.
My main clinic hours are: Monday mornings, Wednesday and Thursday late evenings (8-9pm), and Friday evenings (6-9pm). I may be able to offer other times including weekend mornings so please ask me.
Please contact me for a brief initial conversation.
In addition to therapy in English, I am able to deliver therapy in Japanese.
