Face-to-face sessions are available in Twickenham (currently on Mondays), and I am also able to provide telephone and video sessions, whichever you prefer.

My main clinic hours are: Monday 9am-7pm (for face-to-face sessions), Tuesday 5-7pm (for video/telephone) and Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 8-9pm (for video/telephone).

Please contact me for a brief introduction call if you are interested.

In addition to therapy in English, I am able to deliver therapy in Japanese.

I provide therapy for adults of all ages.

I offer CBT for: depression; anxiety; panic disorder; generalised anxiety disorder; obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD); health anxiety; social phobia; specific phobia (including blood/needles); body dysmorphic disorder (BDD); post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD); trichotillomania; anger; low self-esteem; and stress.

I have considerable experience of offering CBT to people with autistic spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, learning disability, and long-term physical health conditions (e.g., irritable bowel syndrome, diabetes, chronic fatigue and pain, coronary heart disease).

Within CBT, typical interventions would include: goal setting; self-monitoring; identifying and modifying unhelpful thoughts and beliefs; graded exposure; behavioural experiments; behavioural activation for depression; exposure and response prevention (ERP) for OCD; trauma-focused work; relaxation techniques; and mindfulness.
