About me

In-person counselling is offered in a private and comfortable room near Preston Park and Fiveways in Brighton. I also offer online via MS Teams, and by telephone.

I take pride in supporting clients regardless of their culture, race, gender, identity, age, sexuality or views, in a trusting therapeutic relationship. I am especially passionate about supporting clients who feel like they do not fit in, and who have experienced discrimination, abuse, trauma, or shame.

How I work is "integrative", which means I respect each client as a unique individual who can benefit from various counselling theories and approaches appropriate to their situation and concern.
