About me

� I am a fellowship trained Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon based in Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust.
� I have gained wide experience in the field of both Primary and Revision Hip and Knee Arthroplasty, Peri prosthetic fracture management, MSK oncology surgeries and bone and joint infection management.
� Apart from this my regular work includes knee arthroscopies, meniscectomies and meniscal repair. I am well experienced in managing most of the paediatric and lower limb conditions
� I have excellent research back ground with publications in various reputed international journals and have presented papers in many national and international meetings.
� I am acting as faculty and an examiner for medical students for Birmingham and Aston Medical schools.

1. Analysing the Recap-Magnum metal on metal THR for ARMD and to outline a
surveillance protocol.

2. Five year outcome of 15 degrees face changing cup in complex primary THR in
DDH.

3. A new trauma score to prognosticate out come in grade III open fractures.
Project done with Prof. S. Rajasekaran at Ganga Hospital, Coimbatore, India and
was presented at various national and international meetings and published in
various journals and text books.
