About me

I work using an integrated approach that is catered to your needs and goals. I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), systemic therapy and narrative therapy. I am a fully trained EMDR Therapist (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing).

I am a HCPC registered Senior Clinical Psychologist working in a busy inner London Mental Health Team in the NHS. I support adults with complex emotional needs and trauma. Alongside this, I run a small private practice where I can see people face to face or online.

The space I hold is non-judgemental providing you with time to explore and make sense of the difficulties you are facing whilst empowering you to apply evidence based strategies to move forward in your life.

The space I hold is non-judgemental providing you with time to explore and make sense of the difficulties you are facing whilst empowering you to apply evidence based strategies to move forward in your life.

I support people who might be stuck in emotions ranging from anxiety, depression to trauma and life transitions and use an integrative approach that is catered to suit your needs and goals.

I mainly work with adults and young adults and their parents/careers.
