About me

Hello, I'm Lee and thank you for visiting my profile. I work with a range of differing clients from aged 18 to older-age adult. I have a special interest in anxiety and related issues, such as panic attacks and stress.

My training in counselling aims to help you understand what is taking place when experiencing strong feelings and emotions, whether they be due to anxiety, stress, panic attacks, low mood, self-harm or a range of other areas. We then work together by talking, to look at the future you would like, without fear or sadness, anxiety or stress.

Life can have a way of helping us feel that things aren't right. This can be when we feel that we 'should' be happier than we are. It may be that you are feeling anxious or fearful, or are negotiating a life change, such as a redundancy, divorce or bereavement. For young adults issues can involve anxiety, exam or assessment stress, or issues fitting in. Whatever your issue, talking about thoughts and feelings can often help us feel better about them, or to identify changes we would like to make. I am here to help.
