About me

I am a warm, empathic, accredited Integrative counsellor, with previous work experience as a teacher. I am experienced in providing counselling to individuals who feel anxious, stressed or unhappy due to work, a relationship, a past unresolved issue or a bereavement.

Clients often report feeling calmer, clearer and more at peace after their sessions. The experience of being deeply listened to and understood by a trained, empathic, neutral professional can be invaluable in enabling an individual to come to terms with what is troubling them and move on with their lives.

Anxiety; bullying; confidence; depression; stress, some trauma work and work stress. I work with adults aged 18 upwards, with extensive experience of working with young adults in their twenties.
