About me

Counselling and therapy provide an opportunity to explore your issues in a safe place,which can facilitate release, reduce pain and deepen awareness of the underlying issues so that you can live a more fulfilling life. I appreciate that it is important for you to feel that I am the right person for you.
I have 5 years training and over 20 years experience as a psychotherapist working with individuals for shorter and longer term work. I have a background in education and healthcare. I enjoy meeting people where they are and bring warm and compasion to the work.
I believe that mind, body and spirit are all important and affect each other. In addition to listening and talking I may also use creative tools such as drawing, visualisation and working with dreams where this feels helpful to you.

My practice is situated in a quiet crescent with street parking and good transport links.
