About me

I am a BACP-accredited counsellor and Clinical Supervisor experienced in supporting individuals struggling with a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, grief, self-esteem or with negative experiences, thoughts and emotions.

I am qualified integratively, meaning I can draw on different theoretical approaches to suit a person�s needs. I also work with psychosexual issues after gaining a Level 5 COSRT Accreditation in Psychosexual Therapy.

I have a real passion for my work and am committed to helping individuals work through their issues in a safe and non-judgmental environment. I will listen, support and guide you in understanding your experiences and allow you to reach your full potential. I offer this safe, friendly space alongside empathy, respect and confidentiality. Fundamentally, I believe that you are the expert in your own life.
