A Caring & Confidential Counselling Service for Adults, Young People & Children.
When times are hard or confusing, it can help to talk, to be understood, and explore the difficulties you might be facing. I�ll not judge you or tell you what to do, but will try to help you find your way and make sense of what is right for you. This is achieved through working together in a confidential and trusting relationship. Clients often feedback that they consider this counselling process to be a positive or even a life changing experience.

i have over 25 years� experience working with adults, children and young people in a therapeutic capacity in education, outdoor education, social care & youth work settings.

Relevant qualifications, training & experience I have include:

Higher National Diploma & Certificate in Person Centred Integrative Counselling.

Advanced Diploma in Counselling Supervision.

Post Graduate Certificate in Primary Education & MA in Special Needs Education.

Foundation Certificate in Art and Design

Accredited member of the NCPS (National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society) for adults & children.

Registered member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy).

In accordance with the requirements for registered counsellors; I receive monthly supervision/ consultative support for my work.

Areas of interest

Within my private practice the ages of my clients at this present moment range from 8 to 92 years old.

I have Post Diploma Certificates in Introducing Therapeutic & Developmental Play, Counselling Skills with Children & Young People, Working with Trauma, Working Therapeutically & Creatively with Groups & Parenting facilitation.

I have training in Online & Telephone counselling, CBT with PTSD, and Applied Suicide Intervention Skills.

I've received in house training from Seren & New Pathways regarding working with survivors of sexual abuse and assault.

For 10 years I've volunteered as a counsellor and supervisor for Cruse bereavement care and Pembrokeshire counselling service.

I have worked freelance for Pathways to Change which accepts clients with both addiction and mental health diagnosis and with clients referred through the Rainbow Cancer Support Centre in Fishguard.

From 2020 I've worked in primary and secondary schools as a schools-based counsellor
