About me

I have been working in mental health for 10 years and started my private practice 8 years ago. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, low self esteem, grief/loss, relationship difficulties, burnout, issues around neurodiversity, issues around childhood.

I work in an integrative way using different techniques on an individual basis.

I am an anxiety UK approved therapist and previously worked as a bereavement volunteer with CRUSE.
