About me

I work with clients of any age, both adults and children, but have extensive experience working with young children who have suffered bereavement, trauma, anxiety or attachment difficulties. I use creative methods such as art and sandplay with clients of any age, and play to help a young child process what they are struggling with.
When working with children I also work closely with their carers in a systematic way to support them to help the child with their struggles. I work with my clients to understand their patterns of relating and to heal the wounds that can hold them back.
I have experience working with neurodivergent clients and those who identify as non-binary or are questioning their gender and sexuality.

As an integrative therapist I can offer a variety of ways of working, depending on what my client feels they want to work with. I also integrate both mindfulness and CBT techniques and ideas as well as learning if a client wishes, to help them understand and then change the behaviours and feelings that are holding them back from thriving.
